Week in review: Sabonis injury, bad losses, hang over Kings

Bad home losses, Sabonis injury have Kings reeling

Kings record: 17-14

Kings record on the week: 1-2

The Kings celebrated a quality 3-3 East Coast road trip last week and then began a stretch of six straight games at home Monday against a scuffling Charlotte Hornets team that was just starting to get healthy.

Despite De'Aaron Fox tying his season-high of 37-points and Domantas Sabonis dropping a 28-point, 23-rebound performance, the Kings couldn't get a stop when they needed it.

Kelly Oubre finished with 31 points and LaMelo Ball went off in the fourth quarter to finish with 23 points and 12 assists, and the Hornets stunned the Kings by a final of 125-119.
