Weekly Record: 1-3

Season Record: 30-22

Some losses have more meaning. Some wins have more meaning.

The Kings were rolling last week, but like so many times this season, they became their own worst enemy. After beginning their season-long seven game road trip 5-1, the Kings looked strong through the first quarter against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

With a plane ride home waiting, the Kings looked every bit the part of a team worn out and in need of their own beds. Led by the strong play of All-Star Donovan Mitchell and a big shooting night from Max Strus, the Cavs jumped on the Kings in the second quarter and never let up in a 136-110 blowout.

Harrison Barnes led the Kings with 22 points on 6-for-10 shooting from long range. Domantas Sabonis posted a 12-point, 19-rebound, 15-assist triple-double and Malik Monk added 18 off the bench in the loss.
