It was a whirlwind of a week that tested the intestinal fortitude of even the hardened Kings fan. It started with a game that many believed would be a celebration for the ages. It ended with a pair of blow out wins and a guaranteed playoff spot. 

There was a buzz coming into Monday night. A win and you're in. It's such a simple statement, but one that proved extremely difficult.

From the opening tip, there was an awkwardness in Golden 1 Center. The nervous energy permeated the crowd and eventually spilled onto the court as the Kings struggled to get their high-powered offense in gear against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
