The Kings are rolling.

After posting three straight wins to end last week, the Kings opened this session with a battle against the completely depleted Memphis Grizzlies. With most of their players out long term due to injury, the Grizzlies needed an injury exception from the league on the day of the game just to suit up eight players.

Sacramento allowed the home team to stick around, but they rode a 20-point, 26-rebound performance from Domantas Sabonis and a 23-point game from De’Aaron Fox to pull out a 103-94 victory and extend their win streak to four games.

Memphis played tough, relying on the hot shooting of Santi Aldama to stay close. Jaren Jackson Jr. posted a 22-point, 3-rebound game to lead the Grizzlies, although he shot just 6-for-18 from the field. Matthew Hurt, who signed a 10-day contract earlier in the day, posted 10 points in his NBA debut.
