The Kings started the week off on a high note. It took overtime on Sunday, but somehow Sacramento found a way to pull out a 132-127 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers with Domantas Sabonis fouling out in the fourth and De’Aaron Fox sitting the waning moments of overtime with an ankle injury.

38-year-old LeBron James put on a show for the Golden 1 Center crowd, finishing the night with 27 points, 15 rebounds and eight assists. Anthony Davis chipped in 30 points and 16 rebounds, but the Kings found a way.

Malik Monk stepped up in the overtime session, scoring 11 of his 22 points in the five minute OT session. Kevin Huerter hit a clutch 3-pointer and grabbed three huge rebounds in the extra session. Before leaving late, Fox posted 37 points and eight assists.
